These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Kitty Games website, mobile applications, games, contests, wallet services and related features (collectively, the “Services”).

Kitty Games is operated by J Tech Global Limited (“Kitty Games”, “we”, “us” or “our”), a company incorporated in the United Kingdom.

By creating an account, accessing the Services, depositing money or participating in a contest, you agree to these Terms and the applicable policies referred to in this document.

These Terms should be read alongside our:

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Services.

2.1. You must be at least 18 years old to register for or use Kitty Games.

2.2. You must provide accurate, complete and current information about yourself when registering and whenever we reasonably request updated information.

2.3. Kitty Games is intended for eligible users located in the United Kingdom. You must not use the Services from outside the United Kingdom or circumvent geographic restrictions or location-verification controls.

2.4. Access may be restricted where required by applicable law, payment-provider requirements, security measures or regulatory considerations.

2.5. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Services is lawful in your circumstances.

2.6. We may refuse registration, restrict access or suspend an account where eligibility cannot be established or continued access would create a reasonable legal, security, fraud or compliance concern.

3.1. Registration may require your name, date of birth, email address, telephone number and other information reasonably necessary to create and operate your account.

3.2. You must provide genuine information and promptly correct any information that becomes inaccurate.

3.3. You must not impersonate another person, provide false identity information, create accounts to evade restrictions or transfer your account to another person without our written permission.

3.4. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and notifying us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

3.5. We may request additional information to verify account ownership, investigate suspicious activity or protect the integrity of the Services.

3.6. We may suspend or restrict an account where reasonably necessary because of suspected fraud, misuse, security concerns, a material breach of these Terms or applicable legal requirements.

4.1. Kitty Games offers games and competitions designed to assess skills such as knowledge, judgement, decision-making, problem-solving or reaction time, depending on the individual game.

4.2. The rules, entry requirements, scoring method, contest duration and method of determining winners will be made available in the app or otherwise communicated before participation.

4.3. J Tech Global Limited has obtained UK legal advice concerning the regulatory classification of its skill-based gaming business model.

4.4. Based on that legal advice, J Tech Global Limited operates the relevant Kitty Games services on the basis that the activities covered by the opinion do not require a gambling licence under the applicable UK legal framework, provided the services continue to operate within the scope of that advice and applicable law.

4.5. Kitty Games will operate its games and competitions in accordance with their published rules and applicable legal requirements. We may amend, restrict, suspend or withdraw a game or feature if reasonably necessary to maintain compliance or respond to a change in the law or regulatory position.

4.6. The regulatory position depends on the actual design and operation of a game, its entry fees, prize arrangements and other relevant circumstances. The description of a game as skill-based does not, by itself, determine its legal classification.

4.7. Nothing in these Terms represents that J Tech Global Limited holds a UK Gambling Commission licence.

5.1. You must read and follow the rules displayed for each game or contest.

5.2. Results will be determined using the scoring and winner-selection method specified for the relevant game.

5.3. You must participate fairly and must not cheat, collude, manipulate results, use unauthorised automation or exploit technical vulnerabilities.

5.4. We may review gameplay records, transaction logs and other relevant information to investigate suspected cheating, technical errors, fraud or breaches of these Terms.

5.5. If a material technical fault, security incident or scoring error affects a contest, we may pause, correct, void or cancel the affected contest where reasonably necessary and lawful.

5.6. Where a contest is cancelled or voided, eligible entry fees will be dealt with in accordance with these Terms, the Refund Policy, the Cancellation Policy and applicable law.

5.7. We will not knowingly alter a result arbitrarily. Any correction must have a reasonable basis in the published rules, verified evidence or a genuine technical or operational issue.

6.1. Kitty Games may provide an in-app wallet or balance to record deposits, contest entries, eligible winnings, rewards and withdrawals.

6.2. Where the app specifies a conversion rate of £1 to one coin, that rate applies to the relevant wallet functionality as displayed in the app. It does not mean that every coin, reward or promotional credit is withdrawable.

6.3. The app may distinguish between deposited funds, eligible winnings, promotional credits and other balances with different withdrawal conditions.

6.4. Bonus Cash (“BC”) and other promotional credits are non-withdrawable and non-convertible into cash unless the applicable promotion expressly provides otherwise and the law permits it.

6.5. A displayed or pending transaction does not necessarily mean that a payment or withdrawal has been completed.

6.6. We may correct a verified duplicate credit, failed transaction, technical error or fraudulent transaction entry, subject to applicable law.

6.7. We will not arbitrarily confiscate legitimate balances. Where a balance is disputed, we may conduct a reasonable investigation before completing a transaction.

7.1. Deposits must be made through payment methods made available in the app.

7.2. You must be authorised to use the payment method. Where required by our payment provider or compliance procedures, the payment method must be held in your own name.

7.3. You must not use stolen payment details, an unauthorised third-party payment instrument or any payment method for an unlawful purpose.

7.4. A deposit is treated as credited when the payment has been successfully processed and the corresponding wallet balance has been updated.

7.5. A successfully credited wallet deposit is generally non-refundable merely because you subsequently decide not to play. This does not exclude refunds or remedies for failed or duplicate transactions, verified technical errors, applicable cancellation rights or other circumstances in which a refund is required by law.

7.6. Depositing money does not guarantee entry into a particular contest, a prize, winnings or a successful withdrawal.

7.7. We may delay, reject or reverse a transaction where reasonably necessary to address a suspected unauthorised payment, verified technical error, fraud concern or legal or payment-provider requirement.

7.8. We may request additional payment verification before allowing further deposits or withdrawals.

8.1. Any entry fee will be displayed before you confirm participation in a contest.

8.2. Once you have joined a contest, the entry fee will generally not be refundable solely because you change your mind, perform poorly or do not win.

8.3. If a contest is cancelled, voided or materially affected by a technical or operational issue, we will determine the appropriate remedy in accordance with the published rules, our policies and applicable law.

8.4. Where Kitty Games cancels or voids a contest, eligible entry fees may be returned to your wallet or, where appropriate and available, the original payment method.

8.5. Nothing in this section excludes a refund or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9.1. Refund requests are governed by these Terms and our Refund Policy:

9.2. Refunds may be considered in circumstances including:

• A failed payment where money was debited but the corresponding wallet credit was not provided.
• A verified duplicate debit.
• A confirmed technical error attributable to Kitty Games.
• A contest cancelled or voided by Kitty Games where a refund is due.
• Another circumstance in which a refund is required by law.

9.3. Contest entry fees and successfully credited wallet deposits are generally non-refundable in other circumstances, subject to applicable law and the Refund Policy.

9.4. Promotional credits and Bonus Cash are generally non-refundable and non-withdrawable unless the applicable promotion or law provides otherwise.

9.5. Approved refunds will normally be returned to the original payment method where reasonably possible. If this is not possible, we may contact you to arrange a lawful alternative.

9.6. Processing times may depend on your payment provider, bank and payment method. We will communicate material delays where reasonably practicable.

9.7. Nothing in this policy limits your mandatory consumer rights, statutory remedies or lawful rights to dispute an unauthorised payment.

10.1. Contest and service cancellations are governed by these Terms and our Cancellation Policy:

10.2. Once a contest has started, an entry generally cannot be cancelled at the participant’s request, except where required by law or expressly permitted by the applicable rules.

10.3. We may cancel, postpone, suspend or void a contest where reasonably necessary because of technical faults, suspected fraud, security concerns, legal or regulatory requirements or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

10.4. Where a contest is cancelled or voided, we will determine the appropriate treatment of entry fees in accordance with the applicable rules, our policies and applicable law.

10.5. A withdrawal request may be cancellable before processing begins. Once processing has started, cancellation may no longer be possible.

10.6. Account closure may involve reasonable verification, transaction reconciliation, unresolved disputes or legally required checks. We will not use these checks to delay closure unnecessarily.

11.1. You may request a withdrawal only from a balance identified by the app as eligible and withdrawable.

11.2. Bonus Cash, promotional credits and other expressly non-withdrawable balances cannot be withdrawn or converted into cash unless the applicable promotion expressly permits it and the law allows it.

11.3. Withdrawals are subject to account verification, payment checks, fraud prevention and applicable legal or payment-provider requirements.

11.4. Before approving a withdrawal, we may request identity documents, proof of address, confirmation of payment-method ownership or source-of-funds information.

11.5. Where reasonably possible and permitted by law, withdrawals will be sent to a bank account or payment method belonging to the verified user.

11.6. A withdrawal may be delayed, declined or suspended where reasonably necessary because of incomplete verification, suspected fraud, a disputed transaction, a legal restriction, a payment-provider requirement or a genuine technical issue.

11.7. Where lawful and appropriate, we will explain any action required from you to resolve a withdrawal delay. We may be unable to disclose details of certain fraud-prevention or legally restricted investigations.

11.8. We do not guarantee a specific processing time unless one is expressly stated for the relevant payment method. Valid withdrawal requests will be processed within a reasonable period, subject to necessary checks.

11.9. We will not withhold a legitimate withdrawal arbitrarily. Any restriction or retention of funds must have a reasonable basis and comply with applicable law.

12.1. Kitty Games uses Didit as an identity-verification provider. The checks performed depend on the verification services enabled and the circumstances of the relevant account or transaction.

12.2. Verification may involve requesting or checking:

• Full name and date of birth.
• Proof of identity, such as an accepted identity document.
• Proof of address.
• A selfie, facial comparison or liveness check.
• Payment-method ownership.
• Source-of-funds information or, where justified, source-of-wealth information.
• Additional information reasonably required to verify identity or assess a transaction.

12.3. Verification may be required during registration, before access to certain features, before a deposit or contest entry, before a withdrawal or when a reasonable compliance, security or fraud concern arises.

12.4. Verification may be carried out by Didit or another appropriately appointed service provider, depending on the check required.

12.5. You must provide accurate, genuine and current information and cooperate reasonably with verification requests.

12.6. If required verification is not completed or the information supplied cannot be verified, we may restrict relevant account functions, pause a transaction or refuse a service where reasonably necessary and lawful.

12.7. Verification information may be used to prevent impersonation, account misuse, payment fraud and other prohibited activity and to meet applicable legal or contractual requirements.

12.8. Further information about the processing of personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy.

13.1. Kitty Games prohibits the use of its Services for money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, payment fraud or other unlawful financial activity.

13.2. We may carry out risk-based checks on accounts, deposits, withdrawals, payment methods and transaction patterns.

13.3. Where appropriate and lawful, we may request documents or information explaining the source of funds used for deposits or associated with withdrawals. This may include relevant bank statements, payment records, income evidence or other reasonable supporting documents.

13.4. We may use appropriately appointed third-party providers for identity verification, fraud prevention or screening to the extent those services are actually enabled and relevant to the check.

13.5. Where justified and lawful, we may delay or refuse a transaction, restrict an account, request further evidence or make a report to a competent authority.

13.6. We may retain records for the period required by applicable law or reasonably necessary for lawful compliance, fraud prevention and dispute resolution.

13.8. The checks applied depend on the circumstances, applicable law and services actually configured. Nothing in these Terms represents that every possible screening method is used for every account or transaction.

14.1. We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available through the Kitty Games website.

14.2. Depending on the Services used and checks required, information processed may include account and contact details, verification results, transaction records, device or technical data, location-related information where collected, and documents supplied for identity or source-of-funds checks.

14.3. Where necessary and lawful, information may be shared with Didit, payment providers, hosting and technical providers, fraud-prevention services, professional advisers, regulators or law-enforcement authorities.

14.4. The information shared depends on the purpose and service involved. We will not claim to perform checks or share particular categories of information unless those activities form part of our actual processes.

14.6. You may have rights under applicable data-protection law, including rights to request access to your personal data or correction of inaccurate information, subject to applicable legal conditions.

15.1. Promotions, bonuses and rewards may have separate eligibility requirements, expiry dates, usage restrictions or withdrawal conditions.

15.2. The applicable promotion terms will be displayed or made available when the promotion is offered.

15.3. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Bonus Cash and promotional credits cannot be withdrawn, exchanged for cash or refunded.

15.4. We may withhold or reverse a promotional benefit obtained through fraud, multiple accounts, technical exploitation or a material breach of the relevant promotion terms, subject to applicable law.

15.5. We will not retrospectively change the material conditions of a promotion in a way that unlawfully removes a benefit already earned.

You must not:

• Cheat, collude with another player or manipulate a contest.
• Use bots, automated scripts or unauthorised software to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploit bugs, vulnerabilities or technical errors.
• Impersonate another person or submit false verification information.
• Use stolen payment information or engage in payment fraud.
• Abuse bonuses, promotions, referrals or account-creation systems.
• Access another user’s account or data without authorisation.
• Interfere with the security, integrity or availability of the Services.
• Use Kitty Games for unlawful activity.

Where we reasonably suspect prohibited conduct, we may investigate, preserve relevant records, restrict access, suspend a transaction or take other proportionate action permitted by law.

17.1. You may request account closure by contacting info@jtechgloballimited.com or using any account-closure feature made available in the app.

17.2. We may suspend or close an account where reasonably necessary because of a material breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, failure to complete required verification, legal restrictions, security risks or repeated misuse of the Services.

17.3. Where appropriate and lawful, we will inform you of the reason for a restriction and any steps needed to resolve it. We may withhold details where disclosure is prohibited or could prejudice a lawful investigation.

17.4. Account closure does not automatically extinguish a legitimate balance or any rights available under applicable law. We will reconcile remaining balances and deal with eligible withdrawals or refunds in accordance with these Terms, our policies and legal obligations.

17.5. We may retain records where required by law or reasonably necessary for legitimate compliance, security or dispute-resolution purposes.

18.1. We aim to keep the Services available and functioning properly but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

18.2. Maintenance, network failures, payment-provider outages, device compatibility issues or other circumstances may temporarily affect access.

18.3. If a material technical issue affects a contest, transaction or balance, we may take reasonable steps to investigate and correct it, including pausing or voiding an affected contest where justified.

18.4. Nothing in this section excludes a remedy to which you are entitled under applicable law.

19.1. The Kitty Games name, branding, logos, software, design, text, graphics and other content are owned by or licensed to J Tech Global Limited or the relevant rights holder.

19.2. You may use the Services for their intended personal purpose, subject to these Terms.

19.3. You must not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, commercially exploit or create derivative works from our content or software except where permitted by law or with prior written permission.

20.1. Kitty Games may rely on third-party services for payments, identity verification, hosting, analytics or other operational functions.

20.2. Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy notices. You may be required to review or accept those terms when using the relevant service.

20.3. We are not responsible for independent third-party services to the extent permitted by law. This does not exclude any responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.

21.1. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.

21.2. Subject to clause 21.1, we will not be liable for loss arising solely from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as third-party network failures or temporary service interruptions, where we have acted reasonably.

21.3. We do not exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.

21.4. If you use the Services as a consumer, you retain the mandatory rights available to you under applicable consumer law.

21.5. Please contact us promptly if you believe a technical error, incorrect transaction or other issue has affected your account or balance.

22.1. We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the Services, game rules, payment arrangements, security practices or legal requirements.

22.2. The latest version will be published on our website with its updated date.

22.3. Where a change materially affects your rights or obligations, we will provide notice where required by law.

22.4. If you do not accept a material change, you should stop using the affected Services and may contact us about closing your account and resolving any eligible remaining balance.

23.1. If you have a complaint about a contest, payment, withdrawal, verification request or account restriction, contact info@jtechgloballimited.com.

23.2. Include your registered email address, relevant transaction or contest reference and a clear description of the issue.

23.3. Do not email complete identity documents or sensitive payment information unless we have provided a secure and appropriate method for doing so.

23.4. We will review complaints fairly and respond within a reasonable period.

23.5. Nothing in this section restricts your right to contact your bank, payment provider, relevant regulator or another competent body where permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, except where mandatory consumer-protection rules applicable to you require otherwise.

If you are a consumer, you may have the right to bring proceedings in the courts available under applicable law. Nothing in these Terms removes any mandatory jurisdictional or consumer rights.
